Referrals For Success (“RFS”) is the premiere exclusive networking group in the Cincinnati area.

RFS is an independent community of over 20 experienced professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs, with a membership base which covers a wide range of diverse professions and services. Our mission is to be an extension of other members’ sales forces through the exchange of business referrals. The success of RFS is built on a strong foundation of trust, commitment, integrity, credibility and friendship – leading to productive and flourishing business opportunities and long-lasting business relationships among our members.

Our large and diverse membership makeup allows us to focus on strategically adding new members who fit the group’s personality and values rather than upon simply growing our base. With that as our guiding principle, we are always interested in adding quality individuals in industry-specific categories not already represented within RFS. And since our group is independent and larger than most other exclusive networking groups, our membership fees are significantly lower than those of other groups, many of which are chapters of broader organizations to whom they are financially beholden.

We meet every Wednesday morning from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we met for many years at Wetherington Country Club in West Chester. Until the pandemic abated, we met online via Zoom and then in hybrid form for a time. In July 2021, we transitioned back to fully in-person meetings, meeting at Freedom Church, which is located at 3755 Cornell Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45241. Visitors are always welcome and should plan to arrive no later than 7:30 a.m. so we may properly greet you.
