Driven by my passion to help others in the health and wellness arena, I have always enjoyed helping others feel better and to attain better health for as long as I can remember. I guess you can say trying to help someone engage in a healthier lifestyle, eating right and exercising are just in my DNA. From being a Dental Hygienist to presently a Wellness Coach, and everything in between, this is where I am supposed to be.
