We will review your payroll and benefits processes and costs to identify cost savings and process efficiency opportunities. We specialize in providing simple solutions for those manually intensive situations not supported by payroll systems. We provide independent oversight of financial statements for small organizations, provide support to an organization’s staff on new or complex situations and can lead the development of financial budgets and forecasts.
Frank Gottschall is a multi-faceted, innovative professional with a proven track record in driving results through improved processes, coaching and change transformation throughout his career prior to starting the Gottschall Consulting Group in 2016. He has extensive experience in health and welfare plan design, benefits strategies, retirement plans, payroll processing and accounting services. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Payroll Professional.
